Integrations
Crafteer.ai works with the systems your company already uses.
It reads what arrives by email and WhatsApp, drafts orders, quotes and claims, and sends them to the ERP once your team approves. No need to change systems.
ERP

FAQ
Do we need to change our ERP to use Crafteer.ai?
No. Crafteer.ai works on top of the system you already use. It is integrated with PHC, Primavera and Sage and, for insurance brokers, with Lluni, Libax, Inxure and MPM SegElevia.
What if our system is not on this list?
We also look at integrating with any other ERP, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Eticadata or Gestecno, and Salesforce and SAP integrations are on the way. When an ERP has no API, we use other integration techniques, assessed case by case.
Why do you prefer connecting through the API?
Because an API connection is more stable, more secure, faster and more robust than the alternatives. It also lets Crafteer.ai read and write in the connected system, while some connections only allow reading. That is why we use the API whenever the system has one.
Does Crafteer.ai work with Outlook and Gmail?
Yes. Crafteer.ai reads incoming email in Outlook and Gmail, and WhatsApp messages too. Emails and messages going out to customers wait for approval in a card in the chat.
Who connects Crafteer.ai to our systems?
The LucidHorizon team, during implementation, after a demo. Timing depends on each company and is assessed after the process review.
Where is our company data stored?
Data is hosted on AWS in Ireland (European Union) and is not used to train AI models. LucidHorizon acts as a processor, with a published Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and sub-processor list.
