From request to reply, with no copying by hand
An everyday example: a customer asks for a quote by email.
1. The request comes in
Crafteer.ai reads the email and works out what is being asked: the customer, the products, the quantities and the deadline. When the customer gives no product code, it finds it through their purchase history.
2. It does the work in the ERP
It gets prices and stock from your ERP, prepares the quote and drafts the reply, following your company's procedure.
3. It waits for you where you want
In each procedure you choose which steps run on their own and which wait for you. Those that wait sit in the chat, with the draft ready.
4. Your team decides
Approve it, or ask for a change in writing or out loud. Once approved, the quote goes to the customer and to the ERP, and is logged on the account.

What people usually ask
What is Crafteer.ai?
An AI workspace for sales and back-office teams at small and mid-sized companies. It reads what comes in by email and WhatsApp, does the work in your ERP, drafts the replies and leaves your team to approve anything going out to customers.
Is Crafteer.ai a CRM?
It includes accounts, contacts and deals, which stay up to date as the work gets done. The difference is everything else: Crafteer.ai reads the requests, does the work in your systems and drafts the replies.
Do I need to change ERP?
No. Crafteer.ai works on top of the systems you already use, such as PHC, Primavera and Sage, and industry ERPs such as those for insurance brokers. We look at integrating with any other ERP, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Eticadata or Gestecno, and Salesforce and SAP integrations are on the way.
Does the AI message customers without anyone seeing it?
Only if your company sets it up that way. In each procedure you choose which steps run on their own and which wait for approval. Those that wait sit in a card in the chat, with the draft ready to approve or adjust.
Can I talk to Crafteer.ai instead of typing?
Yes. In the chat you open the microphone and dictate the request or change, for example “tell her we'll deliver on Wednesday morning”. The text appears in the message box and you send it when it's ready.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Crafteer.ai connects either to the company number or to each salesperson's number, personal or work. You choose one of the two.
Does it read attachments?
Yes. Crafteer.ai extracts information from PDFs, images and other attached documents, as well as from the email or message text.
Where is the data kept?
Data is hosted on AWS in Ireland. AI models (OpenAI and Anthropic) are used through a European gateway wherever possible, and your data is not used to train models.
How long does setup take?
It depends on each company's processes and systems. Our team does the setup and gives you an estimate after reviewing your processes.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices. After the demo and the process review, we send a proposal tailored to your company, setup included.
